At Pond we offer bathing sessions, massages and facials.
We are conveniently located in the heart of Mornington, right off the Main Street at 1 Ross Street Mornington 3931.
We have limited off street visitor parking, along with ample street parking surrounding us. Due to our proximity to Mornington Main Street we do recommend allowing 10 minutes to ensure you can find a parking space.
If you are travelling via public transport there are bus stops 100m from us, located along Mornington Main street, serviced by the 788, 785 and 781.
If you have booked bathing please bring along swimwear. A wet-bag to store your swimwear after the session will be provided. We have secure lockers for your personal belongings, and change rooms for you to use before and after your session.
Our bathrooms are stocked with Grown Alchemist shampoo, conditioner and body wash for you to enjoy, alongside Dyson hairdryers so you can leave refreshed and ready for your day. Please bring your own hairbrush and slides/thongs if you prefer to not be barefoot.
Complimentary towels are provided, and robes can be hired for $10.
We have refreshments such as organic herbal teas on offer for your enjoyment throughout your time at Pond Bathhouse.
We ask that you please not bring your own towel, robe or food with you.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we require the use of our own towels and robes, as they are laundered to our strict standards. This helps ensure a clean, comfortable, and consistent experience for every guest.

Yes, we have lockers for you to store all of your belongings in during your time at Pond Bathhouse.
We ask that you refrain from using your phone during your time at Pond Bathhouse.
If you are bathing with friends/family and wish to take your phone with you- or take any photos- you must ensure others bathing are not in direct view/ background of your images to respect our guests privacy.
If we feel guests privacy is not being respected staff will kindly ask you to refrain from take photos/ videos.
Pond Bathhouse is generally adult only, our bathing facilites can only be used by those 18 and above. If a minor (between the age of 16 and 18) is wanting to have a massage they must be accompanied by a guardian at all times in the massage rooms. All guardians are required to pay for the treatment or service selected and are responsible for children in their care at all times. If the child is receiving a massage treatment, we require prior notice to their attendance and written formal consent by the guardian when booking. We reserve the right to deny treatment, unless this has been previously communicated to us.
At our bathhouse, we are dedicated to providing a comfortable and respectful space for everyone. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask that guests wear swimwear at all times during their visit. Nudity is not permitted in any area of the bathhouse.
Hot and cold therapy is not recommended during pregnancy due to the rapid changes in core body temperature. These temperature shifts may pose risks, especially in early pregnancy. If you're still considering visiting while pregnant, we strongly advise checking with your healthcare provider first.
For the wellbeing of all guests and staff, we kindly ask that you do not attend if you are experiencing any cold, flu, or gastro symptoms- including coughing, sneezing, fever, stomach upset or nausea.
Pond is a space designed for rest and relaxation. When you're unwell, especially in a shared environment where heat and steam intensify sweating the spread of germs, it’s not fair to others.
Please wait until you’re fully recovered before visiting. If you're unsure whether you're well enough to attend, we recommend rescheduling.
To protect the health of all, staff may kindly decline entry to guests who appear visibly unwell. Thank you for helping us keep Pond a safe and nurturing space for everyone.
We kindly ask that guests use the towels provided at Pond Bathhouse, as they are complimentary and available for your convenience. We offer robes for hire at just $10, and they are included with all massage appointments.

Bookings are required at Pond Bathhouse, if you would like to attend at the last minute you are always welcome to contact the team via 0455 335 633 and we will accommodate where possible.
The easiest way to book is via our online booking system on our website where you can select your preferred time and date. If you would like you can also pre-book a robe for $10. Towels are included in your bathing fee.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hrs and have paid for your booking we will provide a refund to the card used to make the bookings.
