Welcome to Pond Bathhouse! By booking or visiting us, you agree to the following terms. Please take a moment to read them.
1. Age Policy

Guests must be 18 or older to use the bathhouse

Guests aged 16-17 can visit if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. It is the responsibility of the guardian to inform us at the time of booking that they will be bringing a minor.

By booking, you confirm that you meet the age requirements and agree to these terms.
2. Health and Safety

Please do not visit if you’re feeling unwell. Contact us to reschedule your booking.

By booking, you are confirming that you are fit and healthy to use our facilities. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that if they have any medical conditions, they have been cleared by their doctor to use the facilities.

If you’re pregnant or have a medical condition, let us know before your visit. Some facilities or treatments may not be suitable for you.
3. Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Online purchases made by credit card may incur credit card surcharges.

All online payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified, which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Your payment details are encrypted and securely transmitted to ensure your data is protected.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that Stripe’s terms and conditions apply to the payment process. For more information, please refer to Stripe’s Terms of Service.

We encourage bookings to be made online in advance to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
4. Pricing

All prices listed on the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise specified.

Pricing is subject to change from time to time at our discretion. The price applicable to your booking will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

From time to time, discount codes may be offered with specific terms and conditions. Discount codes are only valid for new bookings made during the promotional period. We are unable to apply discount codes to bookings made prior to the promotion or adjust existing bookings to reflect the discount.
5. Cancellation and Late Arrivals

We understand that life happens and things out of your control may come up. We politely ask for at least 24-hours notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged.

Bookings cannot be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the appointment time. If you forget to attend your appointment, you will forgo the full amount.

Bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment time cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we’ll do our best to fit you in. If we’re fully booked, we may need to shorten your session without a refund.
6. Arrival and Behaviour

Please arrive on time for your booking. Parking is available on-site.

Be respectful to staff and other guests. Disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave without a refund.

Pond Bathhouse is a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone. We expect all guests to treat others with respect and kindness. Any behaviour—verbal or physical—that makes another guest feel uncomfortable will not be tolerated. In such cases, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately and may refuse future entry.
7. Facility Use

Swimwear is required in all bathing areas.

Follow all posted rules and staff instructions while using the facilities.

Phones, cameras, and recording devices are not allowed in bathing or treatment areas to protect everyone’s privacy.
8. Unforeseen Circumstances

Sometimes events happen that are out of our control, such as maintenance issues or unexpected breakdowns. If a specific facility (e.g., a pool or sauna) is unavailable during your session, the rest of the bathhouse will remain open for your use.

If multiple facilities are out of action and we deem it necessary, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and will provide you with a full refund.

We do not offer refunds or discounts for partial facility closures, but we will do our best to notify you in advance and ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible.
9. Changes to Features

We reserve the right to modify or remove any bathhouse features at any time without prior notice.
10. Gift Cards and Vouchers

Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.

Gift cards and vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before they expire.

Vouchers are not transferable.
11. Liability

Use of our facilities is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may occur during your visit.
12. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the current terms before using the bathhouse or site. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who doesn’t follow these terms or behaves inappropriately.
